Lori Priller is an enterprise transformation leader who helps executives move AI from isolated experimentation to measurable, responsibly governed business capability. With more than 30 years of experience leading organizational, Lean-Agile, product, and portfolio transformation, she brings an operator's perspective to the strategic and organizational decisions required to become AI-Native. Lori's work connects AI strategy with governance, investment priorities, product operating models, workforce readiness, and execution. She has led Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise transformation within Fortune 500 environments and advised leaders navigating complex changes involving funding, decision rights, operating structures, technology, and people.
A published contributor to the Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe® Practice Consultant, Authorized AI-Native Catalyst Partner, and Certified AI-Native Trainer, Lori equips leadership teams to establish practical AI roadmaps, responsible governance, and lasting internal capability. Her approach ensures that AI investments are aligned with business value, supported by the workforce, and structured to scale responsibly.
Derek advises the firm on AI governance, cybersecurity, and public-sector modernization. A federal transformation executive, he has led complex, high-scrutiny programs where security and governance are non-negotiable, bringing AI risk and cyber rigor to the firm's engagements. His experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Cybersecurity at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he directed one of the nation's most critical national security biometric programs.
A five-time published author — including Cybersense, ranked #32 on BookAuthority's 100 Best Cybersecurity Books of All Time as featured on CNN, Forbes, and Inc. — he brings both operational federal credibility and recognized thought leadership to every engagement. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and industry credentials including CISSP and C|CISO.
